2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders with pricing errors, even after acceptance.

3.3 Shipping Information

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties in your country.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Eligible items include:

• Bikini sets and separates (tops & bottoms)
• One-piece swimsuits (all styles)
• Tankinis and swimdresses
• Cover-ups and beach dresses
• Boardshorts and briefs

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear that has been worn, tried on without protective underwear, or shows signs of use
• Items without original tags attached
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

4.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package items with all original packaging and tags (place swimwear in a sealed plastic bag)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

4.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
