Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, including:
- Bikini sets and separates (tops & bottoms)
- One-piece swimsuits (all styles)
- Tankinis and swimdresses
- Cover-ups and beach dresses
- Boardshorts and briefs
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear that has been worn, tried on without protective underwear, or shows signs of use
- Items without original tags attached
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Package Your Items:
- Include all original packaging and tags
- For hygiene protection, place swimwear in a sealed plastic bag
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship Your Return:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
- Processing:
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return
- We’ll email you once your refund or exchange is processed

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to availability in our current collections
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take additional time to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Your replacement will be shipped as soon as possible
